      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Gusto

      Interview

After I applied, the recruiter reached out for an initial phone screen. After that phone screen, I was moved to the next round which consisted of a span of four interviews over 8 hours. The interviewer set up time to prep for the interview, but cancelled last minute but gave me a few pointers to prepare for these interviews. I cleared out my schedule for that day to be able to focus on these interviews. After the interviews, it took a few days to get any kind of response. I received a "Interview Feedback Survey" first and then a "Not moving forward" email the very next day. The team will "prep" you and make you seem like you really want to work for this company, and then deny your application and not give you any feedback because they don't have the time or the team to be able to do that.. If the team didn't have time to offer feedback, why setup 20 minute interview prep sessions with your candidates? The team probably already knew who they were going to hire, but just did interviews to make it seem like they were "actually" looking for qualified candidates. They wasted my time and from the recent reviews I've been seeing for this company, it seems to be a trend. They waste everyone's time for what, I'm not sure but based on the interview process alone, this is not a company that anyone would want to work for nor apply for. They'll just waste your time, sell you false hope and deny your application without any feedback even though you took the time to meet with the time. Your time doesn't matter to this company.
