The interview process was thorough and appropriate for the responsibilities of the work I do on a day to day basis. I had a phone screen which went well and lasted about 30 minutes, typical get to know you type questions. I was then given a written test which was challenging but prepared me for the on-site interview. It is definitely not something you can get by with little effort. Based on the stage of the company, they are really searching for top notch candidates to help the company grow and can't afford weak links. In some other reviews I can see frustration at the written work but if you really want this job, just bite the bullet and do the necessary research. The whole process took about 4 days.
