Gusto Senior Content Designer interview questions

I applied online and got my first contact about 3 weeks after. The recruiter seemed nice at first but was a newer hire. I was asked about my experience and previous projects. I definitely got the feeling that the employees who work their hate their jobs. Recruiter got very aggressive during the middle of our conversation. I asked about gender and diversity inclusion and the POC recruiter started throwing subtle micro-aggressions, then tried to save himself by ending the call with a nice farewell. Definitely trust the negative reviews for this company.
