The interview was one part of the Assessment Day. Mainly competency-based questions, around teamwork/analytical ability/how you work with clients, with other standard questions like what attracts you to reinsurance. 2 interviewees, both very friendly, made it a relaxed atmosphere

Automated Questions, no personal engagement. Had three attempts to rerecord your answers, with a 2 minute maximum length. Followed by some games to see how you answer and react. Never heard back from the company.
