Interview
Easy just apply through the county website and then approach the schools where there are positions open. I interviewed with the principal and 2 teachers in the department. It was a very quick process and I had an offer within a couple of days.
The interview process was very simple and straightforward interview process that was not too high pressure but felt competitive. I was ultimately offered the job and began working shortly after.

The application process is a bit tedious, but the administration I was working with was super supportive and encouraging. Prior to my interview, needed to pass the GACE 360 ethics test, submit all forms of employment from the past 5 years (without gaps).
