I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gyft
Interview
I applied for this position online, I passed the first telephone interview, they called me in for a face to face interview. My interview lasted 2 hours where I spoke to 3 different people at different intervals, all asked the same question on my background and experience they would shed some light on their role and how the CSM and their role would work together.
At this point the interview went really well and they gave me the impression that they really liked me. The next stage would be to complete a personality assessment, once I completed the tests I never heard back from Gyft for 2 weeks and when I chased them, they informed me that they have decided to outsource the role. It would have been nice to know this alot sooner.
Wasted my time with applying here.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gyft (Redwood City, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied through a recruiting / staffing agency. Was contacted by a person from Gyft in a similar role to the one for which I was applying and we set up a phone call a couple of days after I had applied. The call was pretty straight forward; she asked me about my background / experience. Was moved forward and was supposed to speak with the CEO in my next call, but he changed his mind and actually asked me to come in for an on-site. Went to their offices in Redwood City and spent a couple of hours speaking with their team. Enjoyed meeting the team and speaking with them very much. Ultimately, they decided to go with the one other candidate they were considering, so I missed getting an offer by a hair!
