Gyft interview questions

I applied for this position online, I passed the first telephone interview, they called me in for a face to face interview. My interview lasted 2 hours where I spoke to 3 different people at different intervals, all asked the same question on my background and experience they would shed some light on their role and how the CSM and their role would work together. At this point the interview went really well and they gave me the impression that they really liked me. The next stage would be to complete a personality assessment, once I completed the tests I never heard back from Gyft for 2 weeks and when I chased them, they informed me that they have decided to outsource the role. It would have been nice to know this alot sooner. Wasted my time with applying here.
