Very short and brief. General questions were asked on banking as well as current affairs. the idea of the interview is for checking the communication skills. Background skills were also tested

There were just two levels of interview had. I guess the interview process wasn't that complicated because it was not structured. Just a chat with the management team which required me to work around the premises to ascertain flaws in the environment and what i would do to remedy them.
