      Interview

I've not had the outcome yet but if you wanted to know the process I applied on indeed that took me to their website Your invited to an assessment Then if successful a short video AI version answering questions that pop up on the screen you have 60 seconds before you record each answer to get yourself ready to answer. Then I had a call from the manager who invite for an interview. I've not heard back yet but felt it went well they did mention they had a lot of applications and only a few spaces to fill for Christmas. They like people person's and soft selling techniques. Their very customer focused and don't like customersmlehaing empty handed. I've put no to offer question since I'm not sure yet. During the face to face interview they describe the hours per week, and how many hours a day you'll be working. They described you'll have a set of keys and they'll ask how you get to work They told me the 1st day is a training day and the staff will be doing all the cleaning and hoovering ect of the shop along with selling jewlery.
