H&P Executive Search interview questions

Spoke with 3 or 4 people 1 on 1 with fairly generic interview questions but some questions to see how you think. Kept me on my toes. It seems they want to see how you handle curveballs given the nature of the job. Invited me back for a technical interview but I ended up pursuing a different opportunity.
