Interview
Started with the Director of Operations, moved on to supervisor and CFO. Every conversation was great and I really enjoyed getting to know the interviewers. They did show a lot of interest but then went silent for a couple of weeks. Following that, I got the rejection email. Overall, a good experience and good people.

Interview
Screening with head of engineering. Was very friendly and really wanted to sell you on the mission of Haus.
Second step is a technical screening with a software engineer. Was friendly and soft spoken but got the sense that he didn't want to chit chat and wanted to go straight to the problem

Implement Connect 4 from scratch with horizontal, vertical, and diagonal logic.
Went through a few rounds of interviews, they seemed really positive and told me I was great, then I was ghosted. When I later reached out, they said they went with someone else, which is fine, I just wish they'd let me know.
