Behavioral Questions, "how would you sell me this pen". "Name me a time where you solved a challenge" very easy questions done in like 30 mins then they showed me around the work place, felt that if you get the interview than you get hired.

They only put up the job offer if they need people and they're very kind and understanding, so it's very easy to get hired. No need to overdo anything as long as you have transportation and are available. Great people and can be funny with them.

It was a group interview with a 1 on 1 interview at the end. The process was simple and we mainly did activites as a group such as creating a theme park from our imagination before having a 1 on 1 interview to get to know the manager better
