Applied online and was brought in for an interview. First met with the HR girl, then a managing director. I was asked about my background and some basic questions like, why you? Took the wonderlic test. Was brought back for a second interview. Met with 2 more managing directors who asked the same questions as the first interview. Was offered the job and I started the following Monday.

The interview process was pretty typical. I first met with Human Resources and then with the sales manager. When I was called back for a second round of interviews I met with the President and then the owner of the company and was given a very clear insight into the business and felt I had a good understanding of what I'd do if I were to be given the job. All of the questions during the first round were very generic and the second round was more of a conversation than a question and answer session from the interviewer.
