Interview

Hour interview executive spoke mostly about himself. Stated looking for seasoned professional became very obvious he was looking for a seasoned professional with younger packaging. I came prepared, did my homework on the company, the executive, projects.

None, I had to fight to interject my qualification. I have a long entertainment history and in particular, the division for which I was interviewing. Ageism is alive and well at HBO.

Interview

They use an online interviewing platform. It was very strange, but not terrible. After I submitted my video interview, I did a conference call with two of the managers. I got the job through a temp agency, so I was vetted before receiving the interview.

3 different interviews. One with HR, one with 4 managers (two at a time), one with 2 directors. Straight forward question. Very relaxed environment
