I worked with a company employed recruiter to schedule the interview and complete the inital phone interview. He also assisted me with the background check and scheduled my presentation. The 1:1 Interview was informal and lasted close to an hour. I interviewed with two managers in a discussion format. I was ask to present a business plan to a group of 7 people which was schedule nearly two weeks later.
