Scheduled phone interview via email, phone call consisted of describing the position and the days (it was a PRN position), after the phone call an in-person interview was scheduled. In person interview was a Group interview (3 co-workers take turn asking "HR type" questions). After group interview I was selected to do a job shadow interview with another OT on staff to learn the job processes. From there I waited until HR reached out.
