I filled out an application online and was sent a questionnaire that was 114 questions. The questionnaire was used for the company to better get to know their applicants. After that was completed I received a call from HR expressing an interest in matching me to a residency position. They had pending interviews for the spots I wanted, so I had to wait about a week before she got back to me with the available positions. After that we scheduled an interview as early as possible (the following Monday). The interview was with a charge nurse and two of the staff nurses on the floor. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The following day I was called and offered the position.

Multiple rounds of interviews on a Thursday, like a job fair every week, they tell you if hired at the end. amazing staff everyone was so sweet and made me feel welcomed.

Some of the interviewers came in late and some did not come at all so it was kinda disorganized. Also, it was a virtual interview and the connection went out at one time.

Fairly straightforward I had two interviews and they both were online. I interviewed with a total of four employees on the unit. Total interview time was about 15 minutes.I was asked the typical interview questions. Just make sure you practice behavioral interview questions.
