The overall process is your normal run of the mill recruiter calls, pass that interview set up the department manager interview with shadow. It’s the waiting o your offer letter after they called you and told you have the position that’s cantankerous. Depending on the recruiter it can take 2 weeks. Then the onboarding takes longer than you would expect or to.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare
Interview
I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
