I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare
Interview
The process was about 2 months in duration. The initial interview was not with a recruiter, but with the actual hiring director (1 hour). After the first interview, I went in for a 3 hour panel interview with 6-8 folks from the team, ranging from senior to peer level. Despite hearing from the hiring director that I left a positive impression, I never heard back from HCA regarding next steps. If a candidate comes to the company's office for an in-person, 3 hour interview, I would expect the courtesy of a follow up message in a timely manner (its been 3+ weeks).

It would be multi level discussions. From my experience they want to cover the technical aspects, system design and architecture. They will ask to build the architecture for problem statement and opt technologies which are best fit for it with reason.
