Unprofessional process. A recruiter reached out to me through linkedin. We lined up a phone interview. The next process of the interview, I met the with manager that would this role would be replacing since the individual was promoted within. I was scheduled to interview director via zoom, waited around 30 mins, & was the director was a no showed. Reached out to her assistance - she apologize and rescheduled a Zoom interview. Again the second time the director was a no show! I pulled my resume from the process. I've already had 2 reviews deleted by HCA - RED FLAG organization
