Very easy and laid back. Easy to ask questions and get honest answers. Ability to shadow on most floors after interview to get a real feel for the unit. Interview made going on the unit feel less intimidating.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
