HCA Healthcare AVP-Operations interview questions

I interviewed with a panel of employees for a position. Unfortunately, the process was unprofessional when I got to the group panel interview Two members of the panel chose not to turn on their cameras for a virtual interview, which made it feel disengaged and impersonal. One panelist asked an inappropriate and offensive question: “Are you looking for a title?” — a comment that felt dismissive and irrelevant to my extensive qualifications. Overall, the tone of the conversation lacked professionalism and respect. This experience left me with a poor impression of the company’s culture and values, and I would not recommend pursuing opportunities here based on my interaction.
