HCL Desktop Support interview questions

Contacted by recruiter after initial online application. Process was quite long winded and I actually thought they were a joke. They did eventually interview me on phone and it was really easy. Not sure if they were in a rush but wasnt that technical. I am now part of onsite interviewing and this has now changed. The interviews are now complete skills check and personality check.
