Interview
There was a online test which had technical questions. The online test was followed by an one to one interview. Aggregate of online test marks and interview performance is used to evaluate a candidate as whole.

Difference between Exchange 2010 & Exchange 2013 architecture.
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
