Fui entrevistada por uma recrutadora Indiana, muito singela e gentil, falava somente inglês mas bem tranquilo e de fácil compreensão e um dia depois por um Lider de Projeto do meu Estado, onde fez uma pergunta em espanhol e fez um teste de Leitura- Tradução em Ingles.

Interview held on online. It was good . asked few questions about expiriance and real-world scenarios. and asked about past experiences. and expectation and salary things. it was not hard interview
They asked why I was interested in the Service Desk Analyst role and also checked my basic knowledge of tools like MS Outlook. Some scenario-based questions were asked, such as how I would handle a network-related issue reported by a user.

They asked how I would handle a situation where an end user is frustrated due to a recurring technical issue and how I would communicate the resolution to them.

Interview
1. I had normal first interview regarding soft skill. Went well
2. Then I had technical interview. They asked about scenario based questions.
3. For this round I got call after 2-3 weeks. They scheduled a call for the next day and didn't show up for the interview. Very disappointed. I send them a mail but didn't receive any response
