Interview
Interview process was average and there were three rounds Hr, technical and manager. Need to focus on communication and also networking concepts. So the overall interview process was average. Technical was telephonic and manager round was Video call.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
