Nothing great, as they themselves do not get good candidates to interview..Also, intially there will be a F2F round and a video call, for senior management..The HR will act pricey and show as if they do not need you, but inside story is such that, HCL Infosystems is not getting quality employees to work with them

Interview
I went through nearly five rounds of interviews, eventually got shortlisted, and even submitted all my documents for further processing. After waiting with hope, I was unexpectedly ghosted. Later, I came to know the official reason given: the position was suddenly put on hold without any clarity.
Long interview process. Took about a month. Overall it was a great and professional process. I spoke to the management team. Then the president. Overall i encourage everyone to apply.

First round aptitude consists of aps and logical and verbal questions followed by personal interview and hr in which they ask about urself and subject related questions. And after 1 week you will get results.
