      The initial round consisted of a 30-minute phone screen. The conversation began with an introduction of my background and current projects. The recruiter then provided a detailed overview of the role and team objectives. We transitioned into a technical discussion regarding my familiarity with their core technology stack, followed by a clear outline of the remaining recruitment process and timeline
