I applied online. I interviewed at HCSS (Houston, TX) in May 2017
Interview
Submitted application on-line and took the on-line assessment test. They have a very structured process and you can expect them to follow up and respond as advertised. It's all very matter of fact which is not necessarily a bad thing.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The assessment test consisted of math 'word' problems. The ones that stood out were two convoluted ones on calculating the cost per hour of an employee doing actual once you factor in training, vacations, etc. It struck me as them being more interested in teaching applicants about employment costs rather than testing math skills.
Lots of percentage questions, too. The one I had to really think about was the 'John does a job in 16 hours. Joe does the same job in 22. How long if they work together?' or some-such

Interview
first there was an open house in which they briefed about company culture and company profile,
then next online evaluation/test, and then interview call.
So once you cleared the test you get a call for interview from them.
