So I had 4 rounds of interviews. First was self respect recorded video that I passed, second was a phone interview which I passed, second was video call which I well passed and fourth was final round which was a tour and then a casual interview with the department head. I thought I did well as he said that we have a few people to interview so give us sometime to get back "but don't worry those interviews are for other positions, so you're good". I called them the week later as they said they would reach back to me which they didn't. I was talking to the recruiter there and she said "oh let me ask them and get back to you". As soon as she kept the phone down I got the rejection email. I replied to the email asking for the reason for the rejection. No reply. They aren't mature enough to give me the rejection directly and on top of didn't even tell me the rejection. The climate there just feels fake where it feels like everyone is just masking a smile. They can't even be honest.

Applied online and got a response very quickly to setup a phone screen. Phone screen was cursory questions and info about the role. Within 3 days of the phone screen received a rejection email.
