Interview
The initial set up required preliminary questions to be completed regarding how would time sensitive projects be handled, how would the job be done without direction or training, and create a spreadsheet showing how multiple projects are tracked and the status. The questions were submitted to the department Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager scheduled the interview and sent an application to be filled out. I didn't meet with a HR person through out the process. She would copy her Manager on all of the email communications. I met with the Assistant Manager and Manager. The Manager was friendly and provided a lot of information about the work environment.

Interview
First there was a phone interview with the HR manager, then an in person interview with the group you’ll be working with. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and the in person interview was about an hour long.

I got an interview offer a few days ago. I haven't talked to them yet. Hope everything goes well. It will be a short phone interview as the email said.
