Process took 2 months from the the point I submitted my application to when I was given an offer. First interview occurred over the phone and then I was contacted a few weeks later for an in person interview. I did not get an offer until about a month after my in person interview.

Typical interview questions about your personality. What are you strengths and weaknesses etc.
Good process, easy conversation flow. Two rounds virtual and final in person. Questions were mainly about previous roles and how I saw myself fitting the needs of the company. Would go through the process again.

The interview process for this job was similar to others I’ve applied for. It started with a virtual interview, followed by an in-person interview with my direct supervisor. During both interviews, I had to go over my resume in detail and explain how my experiences would make me a good fit for the role.
