It was a very low-key interview and the staff was very accommodating. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes and I was asked questions by 2-3 key staff from the group.

I applied online. Two weeks later the recruiter emailed me to arrange a video interview with the team including a hiring manager, a project manager, and a senior technical person. The interview was really casual, and they wanted to know me better. The interview questions were all about my resume and my past experience, and my motivation for this job. After the first round, I waited another two weeks for another video interview with several other team members from different levels. Two weeks after I got a rejected email from the recruiter.

I had read about the interview process being very short. When I arrived at my first interview they told me it would be quick- 40 minutes. However the third person I spoke with ended up being a whole hour. This seemed like a good sign, and was. I had a second interview 3 weeks later with the VP. A week later I heard back for a background check, a couple days after that I was provided an offer.
