I had a phone interview with the HR representative and two members of the team that lasted about 30 minutes. I was told then that they would let me know by the end of the following week whether or not they were interested in a second interview. I didn't hear anything after a week and a half, so I reached out to the HR rep and still never received a response of any sort, either positive or negative. Not impressed with their follow up abilities.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HDR (Houston, TX) in June 2023
Interview
Preliminary InDesign test, virtual interview, in person interview- all were relatively easy, the people in the office were nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience during the interviews and was excited about getting a position.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HDR (Boston, MA) in May 2023
Interview
I got called for a screener interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and was very high-level. It felt more like they were selling their company to me. I barely discussed my qualifications. I didn't pursue the opportunity further because I didn't feel the company was a good fit.

Interview
Recruiter reached out for a phone interview then moved forward with an in person interview for the next week where travel had to be involved. I was told travel expenses would be paid for but they never were after I submitted travel expense form - not sure if this is because I didn't receive an offer or what. Interview with 4 people who would be on my team was about 30-45 minutes long. Very nice people, pretty standard (but short) interview with basic questions about being a right fit for the part, with a few scenario questions relating to organization. I was never responded to after following up, I was never told that I was denied the position so I had waited for while until finally moving on.
