      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HDR (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2023

      Interview

HR will call you to set up a meeting and then you get to go through questions. You get an interview with the PE manager. Once you get a call from the manager the meeting is about what you bring to his to his team such as control drawing in Autocad. They will be truthful you will be doing alot of drawing in Autocad for the PE which should not scare you at all. However you need to know the difference between power PE and controls PE which is different. The manager can sound very arrogant so just relax and be you.
