Interview
1st step - A HR recruiter from company made the first interview. After They send me case study for creating a solution to some ecommerce problems.
2nd step - A product manager and a team leader want me to explain my solution for the problems. During the explanatioons, they asked related technical questions.
I had an initial conversation with a recruiter where we openly discussed expectations, role requirements, and long-term goals, and after careful consideration on both sides, we mutually agreed that it was not the right match to continue the process.
