Interview
I applied online (Linkedin) and was shortly contacted via email for a phone screen interview with a HR representative. After that, I was contacted again via email for a Skype interview with the hiring manager. A couple of weeks later, I was invited to an onsite interview with different members of the team. The HR staff was always very attentive and helpful through the whole process.

Question 1
General questions about the Product Management process. Also, some technical questions, but nothing difficult. There was a lot of informal talk.
Very transparent and focused on behavioral questions. Hiring team was very friendly and proactive with focus on product experience, visions and fit to company and team. KPIs and metrics were very relevant and were discussed at length.

Interview
The interview process was long and the communication from both the hiring manager and HR was non-existent. It was clear the hiring manager was unsure of what they were looking for but they did not do a very good job of communicating.
