      I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HES (Stillwater, OK) in Feb 2011

      Interview

      You have to know some one to get in to this type of trade. Jobs are usually far from lodging requiring long commutes and even more exhaustion to the 12-18 hours worked for seven to ten days straight. Very demanding physically, must be willing to use all of your strength, minumum lifting requirements 100lbs. If not able to do that all day long, stay home.

      Mechanical operating and maintenance knowledge.
