Interview
It was pretty simple, a friend that works for the actual Marriott corporate brand recommended me when I moved to the State, and they were hiring. I interviewed with the AGM and FOM, then the GM. To be fair I had a foot in the door, but at the same time, I was one of the best employees they had.
