TLDR: Interview process does not accommodate disabled candidates as well as it should.

Interviewers failed to provide reasonable accomodations that were requested for a disabled candidate. Interview questions were requested in advance. Actual questions differed from what was shared by the recruiter.
Most of the interviewers that were invited did not appear in the meeting, suggesting a lack of investment or interest in the disabled candidate.
Interview was a plain vocabulary test with no practical questions. Very little engagement from interviewers made the process feel forced and uncomfortable. The lack of free flowing conversation made the situation awkward and unwelcoming.
