Interview
The interview took approx 1.5 hours, there were 2 pages worth of questions but as long as you know about yourself and your qualities it should be okay, it felt more like a conversation it was definitely a comfortable environment, I learned a lot about the organization as well.

Interview
I had a one on one interview with the program manager who talked about the job and the company. I was asked questions about my background and different experiences. I was also given a chance to ask my own questions. I was invited back for a second interview with the program manager and some of the other employment counselors. They asked some basic questions about my experience and what I could bring to the organization. I was also able to ask the counselors about their experiences in the job.
