First, interview with the HR, some basic process of interview, ask you to introduce yourself ask questions about your resume. Then, HR will call the department manager to come for an interview.

Interview
the interview was quite casual, I did not feel stressful answering the questions. It was straightforward as long as you prepare well enough. The HR staff was friendly and smiled all the time to make me feel comfortable.
