The recruiter seemed nice, didn't smile much, though and always had a frown on his face, but he was polite. I had to do an online english, technical and personality test before this meeting. There were apparently going to be 3 more interviews after this along with an assesment.
I didn't get past the recruiter, but I wasn't too invested in the process due to the low pay and (in my opinion) overkill recruitment process for what is essentially a quite regular tech support position.
The only disappointment was that the recruiter had not followed up with a rejection or feesback even after I wrote two emails asking for an update. I think it's impirtant to embody your culture and core values even with rejected candidates. I don't tend to re-apply to companies that ghost me even after my follow-ups :/
