HM Armed Forces interview questions

Internal selection. I was recommended for the position by work colleagues and after contacting the management I was selected for an informal interview. I found out that was successful on the day.

Selection, which was 1.5 run, a medical, pull ups, and other strenth test's, team building exercises along with a brief public speaking. Very straight forward, as long you pass the medical and can do the run, you will get in.
