3 rounds of interviews. First with HR, second with team manager, third with department manager + senior team lead. General behavioral question with a few technical questions. They were willing to grow with me and help me advance my skills.

Basic questions, nothing hard hitting, they don't want to offend. Questions are softball. They don't inquire to your level of complexity handling information, great entry level for recent college grad kids
