I was contacted by recruiter who set up a 30 min video interview. After that I was told I would need 2 hours for next interview 1st hour shadow employee doing the job 2nd hour I was interviewed by a group of supervisors in the position I was told they would reach out the following week but I had to reach out myself to get told I did not get the position. It was a holiday, so that may of had some bearing on that. I have not interviewed for a job in over 5 years, I don’t know when HR stopped doing all the hiring process. Some of the questions should not matter when it comes to doing a certain job. The 2nd round of interviews are unnecessary.
