HOK Visual Designer interview questions

After 2 rounds of online interviews, I met with the whole team in person at their office. During the in-person interview, they were really excited for me to join the team and showed me the desk I'd be sitting at, so I was a bit confused when they ghosted me after that meeting... I was on an F-1 student/OPT visa at the time and needed sponsorship for the second year if they were to employ me. Maybe they decided that was not in their interest, even though I've mentioned it multiple times during the interview, because it happens more often than you think, and I didn't want to waste their or/and my time. With that being said, I really enjoyed speaking with them, and they seem to be a great creative team who respected each other!
