3 rounds, general supply chain questions, salary expectations, first was with HR, then with business leads and final with manager, friendly atmosphere, all conducted online, got offer within few days and had 3 days to either accept or decline

Me hicieron 4 entrevistas , dos manager y 2 miembros del equipo, los de mayor experiencia. Los manager principalmente querían conocer mi experiencia y mis aspiraciones. Me explicaron el rol a grandes rasgos de la posición y me hicieron preguntas hipotéticas de cómo resolver ciertos escenarios en conflicto. Me hicieron preguntas de mi vida personal, mis gustos e intereses.
Los miembros del equipo me preguntaron cómo me gustaba trabajar y como reaccionaba ante la presión y estrés. Si era más individualista o me gustaba trabajar en equipo

I was contacted and invited for an interview by the hiring manager. I was asked to have a call with the team lead a week or two after deliberations, and finally I had two calls with HR for the final interview and the job offer.
