.Telephonic rounds, basic check of computer expertise and communication skills.
Asked questions like:
Tell me something about yourself
What do you know about computers,
Questions on Technical Support and interests etc.
The interviewer for this role mostly is the Technical Process Trainer who would screen candidates, then once through would call for final or offer.
