HP conducts two or three phases of interview one is HR and the other is a F2F interview with Managers and Senior Team members. Usually, it will have 3 rounds, 1st is telephone screen to check your education, the position required skill and language. 2nd, it will be face-2-face interview for technical or management skill depends on the specific position; final round is hiring manager to confirm the candidate and salary. In some case, you will be asked to be interviewed by other stakeholder in other region.
