Interview for a specific team within HP UK. First was the application online which involved an upload of CV and answering a few relevent questions . Then a phone screenining. Then a interview with 2 people, then a final 1 on 1 interview.

Question 1
Strenghs/Weaknesses, when have i given good customer service,
They asked basic questions, but the interview was overwhelming with a lot of people in the video call from the department. One of them was watching the television, and clearly not in the mood for it.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HP Inc. in June 2024
Interview
Very easy, it only took about 15 minutes and I was moved onto the next step. The interviewer was very nice and made sure. I understood the next steps and the job descry

Tell me about a time when you had to make a hard decision and how did you handle it?
Fast process and well rounded interviews.
Although one of the interviewers asked a few questions that I deemed to be slightly out of line I would still describe it as a positive process.
